AAIB's new and evolving mobile application offers convenience by allowing users to manage their banking needs from the comfort of their homes, offices, or any other location. The app provides a user-friendly interface for navigating between bank accounts and financial products, enabling users to carry out transactions seamlessly.

To login:

• If you are an online banking user, you can log in using your existing credentials.
• If you are a new user, simply follow the registration steps on the login page.

Once logged in, users can:

Inquire:

• Check account balances, review transaction history, and share account details.
• Access loan details, payment schedules, and installment amounts.
• Review investment information such as time deposits, certificates of deposit, mutual funds, and treasury bills & bonds.

Manage:

• Activate or block debit and credit cards.
• Adjust settings for online payments, transactions abroad, POS purchases, and ATM transactions.
• Add and manage beneficiaries for transfers.
• Schedule future payments, set standing instructions, and manage profile settings.

Transact & Pay:

• Transfer funds instantly between your own accounts.
• Send money to any AAIB customer using their mobile number.
• Make transfers to any bank account in Egypt in EGP.
• Initiate bill payments to various billers, mobile operators, utilities, and charitable organizations.
• Settle credit card payments, open sub-accounts in different currencies instantly, and book certificates of deposit on the spot.

Note: For security reasons during payments and transfers to beneficiaries, users will need to obtain a one-time password (OTP). To generate the OTP, download the AAIB Token App.
